# Hive:Magnus

> Open source tools for self-hosted agents: Hive for shared identity, memory, and model routing; Magnus for Linux fleet operations and the Ardent runtime; Cindertrace for security investigations, cases, and evidence; ChatterMost for conversation; Emberfold for context continuity.

These projects can be used independently. Integrations are optional and require configuration. Ardent belongs to the Magnus repository and bundles the Emberfold library; a separate Emberfold HTTP service is not required. This website publishes documentation and sample UI captures, not a hosted agent service or installation endpoint. All five repositories use Apache-2.0.

Guides include prerequisites, documented commands, expected results, and the public source revision reviewed. Follow the linked current repository documentation for upgrades and configuration changes. Before editing a repository, read its AGENTS.md.
